Hi, I am looking looking to sub-lease my room.

Location - Theory Syracuse, 919 E Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY 13210.
Duration - August 2023 to August 2024.

Theory Syracuse is luxury living apartment complex. The unit is a 4BHK and 4Bath. The sub lease is for my room in this unit. The room has an attached bathroom with a bathtub. The unit has a in-unit washer and dryer, kitchen and a 60" 4k TV.

The location is just opposite the Crouse St bus stop (literally a 10sec walk from entrance), and is about an 8min walk from the campus.
